How to Add Safe Sender Rules
If your email provider is not listed below you should:
add emailorchard.com as Safe Sending domain
add WBaker@tusd.org to your webmail Address Book or Contacts list.

Hotmail, MSN and live.com email users:
log into your webmail account get into the Inbox.
click on Options on the far right top of the Inbox.
click on More options on the very bottom.
click on Safe and Blocked Senders under Junk e-mail.
click on Safe Senders. type in:WBaker@tusd.org and click "add to list".
type in: emailorchard.com and click "add to list"

for Gmail users:
create 2 filters
log into your gmail webmail account
click Options gear on top right corner of screen.
Select Mail Settings
click the Filters tab in the Settings menu
click Create a new filter(at the bottom of menu).
type:WBaker@tusd.org in the From box
click on Next Step
click on Never send it to Spam
click on Create Filter button
repeat
click Create a new filter
type: emailorchard.com in the From box
click on Next Step
Click on Never send it to Spam
click on Create Filter button
that's it, you're done. thanks.

for Yahoo users:
create 2 filters
log into your Yahoo webmail account
click on Options near the left top of screen.
click on Mail Options.
click on Filters in the left column.
click on Add Filter in Filter Name type: Safe Sender
in the sender contains space, type: WBaker@tusd.org
in the Move to Folder: choose Inbox from the drop down.
then click Save Changes located above "Filters"
repeat
click on Add Filter
in Filter Name type: Safe Sender
in the From header: contains space, type: emailorchard.com
in the Move to Folder: choose Inbox from the drop down.
then click Save Changes located above "Filters" that's it. you're done.

for Verizon users:
create 2 filters
log into your Verizon webmail account
go to your Inbox
click on Settings
under email Settings click Filters
Add New Filter
select From select Contains type WBaker@tusd.org
then Move Message to Select Inbox
Click red Save button above
repeat
Add New Filter
select From select Contains type emailorchard.com
Click red Save button above that's it. you're done.
